We stopped for gas right after we got over the NYS line in Selkirk NY. Who knew that Stewart’s, the soda brand, has honest to goodness stores as well? Tons of locally made products like cold brew coffee, waffle chicken sandwiches, and, because we’re in New York, Stewart’s brand meat sauce!
Also it cost about $100 to fill the tank on the rental car boat, but we won’t talk about that.
Then we drove across the featureless NY Thruway (picture film fast-forwarding montage) and arrived at Jay’s!
Tonight we set up camp in our airbnb in the South Wedge. Tomorrow CSH/RIT events, Vertex, and more. Hit us up if you want to hang out over the next couple of days. We’ve got a nice private backyard garden with fire pit and grill.
